Clinic Information

Our clinic provides medical services in English, Korean, Chinese, etc., utilizing “Pocket Talk” as required. We are making daily efforts to communicate more accurately with foreign patients. Please feel free to come to our clinic even if you are not comfortable with Japanese.

Our clinic is approximately 12 minutes on foot from the South Exit of Shin-Koiwa Station on the JR Sobu Line. A dedicated parking lot is available for patients arriving by car.
We accept patients until 12:30 in the morning and until 18:00 in the afternoon on weekdays (Monday through Friday). We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, Golden Week, summer holidays, and New Year holidays. Our director, Dr. Masaki Hoshiyama, is certified as an Orthopedic Specialist by the Japanese Orthopaedic Association, as a Spinal Surgery Specialist, and as a Supervising Physician in Spinal Surgery by the Japanese Society for Spine Surgery and Related Research. He also holds certification as a designated physician for intractable diseases in Tokyo. While we provide general orthopedic treatment, we have particular expertise in spinal and spinal cord conditions, including fractures, osteoporosis, neck and back pain, numbness in the hands and feet, sports injuries, and herniated discs.
For injuries and conditions affecting the spine and musculoskeletal system, we carefully consider each patient’s treatment plan to ensure the fastest possible recovery, and we will make appropriate referrals when surgery is necessary.
If you are unsure whether your condition requires orthopedic care, please feel free to consult with us. We will do our utmost to help each patient return to their daily life as smoothly as possible.
